Orders received by 12:00 PM CST will generally ship that business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM CST will ship the next business day, subject to product availability. We use UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service as our carriers.

When returning products to SOFTSpeech, please get a tracking number from your carrier.
Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
Shipping charges and other miscellaneous fees originally charged are non refundable. If you encounter a defect with the product, you may exchange it by returning it to our office within 30 days.
Beyond the 30-day warranty, repairs must be directed to the manufacturer and shipping may apply. Unopened product may be returned and subject to a 20% restocking fee less shipping.
Shipping carriers may change their schedules during holidays, therefore all policies are subject to change on the day prior to and after holidays. Please call for further details.
We make every effort to ship the products on the same day. Items may, from time to time, be out of stock. In that case, we will notify you that your product(s) are on back order. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date.
